01. Plan
We will plan, coordinate, and guide you through the entire moving process, ensuring your unique needs are met. Whether you're downsizing from a 5000 sq ft space to 1000 sq ft or any other transition, we've got you covered.

02. Sort
Streamlining your move by downsizing and sorting through your belongings can be a daunting task, but fear not! Our team at eXp Realty / Foster-Vosburgh Realty Group is well-versed in "The Psychology of Letting Go." We work alongside you, providing guidance and support to help you make informed decisions and overcome any obstacles.
03. Pack
Packing includes:
- Professionally pack all items
- Provide all boxes and supplies
Our team can also provide Inventory of boxes including list of contents, team member who packed the box, and date of pack. This can be very useful when looking for specific items, especially if some boxes are in storage.
04. Moving Day
Moving Day includes:
- Final packing
- Personal care for client
- Our team will meet and direct movers on furniture placement
- Create a safe and functional workspace on move day in preparation for unpacking
05. Unpacking
Getting settled includes the unpacking of your boxes and getting you ready to live in your new home.
Imagine arriving at your new home completely set up for eating, sleeping, showering, and enjoying your new space. All of your items have been unpacked and placed where you want them. Your furniture is in its correct place. Your bed made is made with clean linens. Your bathroom is ready for you to take a nice long bath or shower. Your clothes are in your closet. Your food is in your refrigerator. Your TV/phone are set up so you can catch your favorite late night show. This is what you will experience!
The Unpack includes:
- Unpacking boxes
- Breaking down and removal of all boxes and packing supplies
- Set up of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and closet
- Set up of TV, phone, and lamps (may not include hanging TV's or pictures on day of move)
06. Post Move
The next day, after your move, our team will stop by your new home and help with any “getting settled” tasks you need help with, such as hanging pictures and mirrors, hanging of curtains, and possibly even more downsizing. Once you’ve lived in your new space, you may find that you’re ready to let go of that other Chapter in Your Life and starting your new Chapter!
